This in-depth senior-level course provides fundamental mentoring techniques and the characteristics of good mentors and mentees. We will teach you critical factors from both the mentor’s and mentee’s perspectives and how to thrive in both roles. You will learn how to build a successful mentor/mentee relationship and how to put the relationship before the mentoring, meaning better outcomes for both the individuals and the organization.
