Job Overview

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for assisting Sales Account Managers with various tasks related to business development and sales fulfillment. The Specialist will be tasked to learn and use the Company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system (Zoho) and various webinar platforms for delivering virtual training. The Specialist will also work directly with the Directors in streamlining business and fulfillment processes, creating new business solutions, and managing sales support responsibilities. The Sales Support Specialist will also cross-train to handle technical support for training services and the growth of the company.

The Sales Support Specialist will report to the Director of Training Services primarily and Account Managers secondarily.

Responsibilities

  • Creating proposals, summaries, and other documents needed by Account Managers for the sale of training programs.
  • Scheduling of trainers for both virtual and live classroom courses and the upkeep of trainers’ itineraries.
  • Creating and sending meeting invites.
  • Emailing attendance reports, certificates, and surveys after courses.
  • Entering account data into the Company’s CRM system.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, training materials, and travel reservations.
  • Providing regular reports for Directors and Account Managers.
  • Develop and organize prospecting lists for target prospects within the Company’s CRM.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Directors to support sales and develop business.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with training events on Zoom, Adobe Connect, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Setting up chat and break rooms.
