Job Summary

The Lead Generator Representative role supports sales and marketing managers in developing and executing targeted strategies to generate leads and engage B2B government and corporate clients. This role also assists with various tasks related to business development, marketing, and sales fulfillment. Key responsibilities include using the company’s customer relationship management (CRM), content management system (CMS – WordPress), and other digital platforms to drive client acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of lead-generation strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Engage potential leads through cold-calling and other communication channels using a targeted list, ensuring a positive and informative introduction to the PTR brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales enablement, utilizing effective web-sales content and campaigns tailored to our target audiences.
  • Utilize CMS web tools to manage and track interactions with potential clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Enter new and existing client account data into the company’s database system.
  • Leverage the company’s ZoomInfo dashboard to develop and organize prospecting lists, enhancing the existing client database.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Directors to support sales and business development.  

Qualifications & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least two years of Sales experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other applications.
  • Familiar with virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work effectively independently and within a collaborative team setting.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Comfortable using virtual technology platforms.
