This course introduces participants to risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in the workplace. We will teach you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental distress and potential mental crises in the workplace. In addition, you will learn how to respond to and deal with possible mental health situations and develop an action plan to handle mental health incidents when they arise effectively.
