Introduction to Mindfulness

Formats: 4-hour virtual course  |  1-day instructor-led onsite

Mindfulness is a mental state that is aimed at living in the present moment. During this fun and relaxed course, we will teach you a variety of techniques to achieve a mindful state-of-wellbeing. You will learn strategies for meditation, stress management, self-acceptance, and focus. You will create a mindfulness plan for improving organization skills, acceptance and listening, relationship building, appreciation, positivity, and improving health.
