Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) are the leadership competencies designated by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for career executives in the modern Federal government. In this robust, 5-part leadership program, we will explore the qualifications and characteristics needed to build a federal corporate culture that drives for results, serves customers, and builds successful teams and coalitions within and outside the organization. We will define and discuss the rules of law, principles of the American Founding, merit, and competence.
