The role of the Corporate Trainer demands a strong understanding of data and analytics, coupled with the ability to convey its significance in the workplace. The ideal candidate delivers effective learning and skill development training at various levels to groups ranging from beginners to industry experts. This encompasses the capacity to engage diverse professional audiences using multiple learning styles and methods in content, instructional design, and course program exercises.

The trainer’s proficiency in data and analytic topics includes:

  • Exploring the fundamentals of data strategies, concepts, and aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Emphasizing the importance of fostering a data culture.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in data visualization and display.
  • Conducting knowledge activities in data acquisition, mining, and governance.
  • Identifying appropriate data strategies to align efforts with organizational goals.
  • Leveraging technology foundations to manage and overcome data challenges.
  • Developing operational data sets and models for designing, building, and deploying analytic initiatives.
  • Implementation of workplace change management practices to enhance data literacy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Substantial practical, real-world business experience is essential.
  • Proven group presentation expertise with at least two years of experience.
  • Proficient in communicating learning content to audiences at different organizational levels.
  • Skilled in utilizing modern technology and software platforms.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Pay
PTR’s contracted L&D professional trainers will receive a competitive hourly wage.
